Terminator 2 by a country mile. T2 is a solid game, whereas BOP basically has one shot that's worth going for.

BOP, like Bad cats is a game that's got a great art package, but only has one shot (and that's a left ramp on both, coincidentally.) Terminator 2 has a lot more to go for.
