Quoted from jibmums:I have an insert lamp out in my T2, #36 middle target bank / left, and I've gone about as far as I know how to fix and track down what's wrong. Here's what I've tried or ascertained, starting with the easy stuff:
- Ran lamp test, all lamps working except #36.
- Swapped bulbs (both incandescent and LED) and wedge bases to known good ones, so it's not that.
- Reflowed solder on lamp board wedge base "contacts", so it's not that.
- All the other lamps in the same row and same column are good, so it's not that.
- Checked continuity from the power driver board connector to the lamp board connector, so it's not that.
- It's not the Q96 (column) transistor, as the other bulbs on that lamp board that use the Q96 transistor work.
- Checked the Q85 (row) transistor for short with black probe on ground strap and red on transistor. No tone, so not shorted.
What's my next move here?
Did you reflow solder on the header pins to the board?
