Quoted from jibmums:

I have an insert lamp out in my T2, #36 middle target bank / left, and I've gone about as far as I know how to fix and track down what's wrong. Here's what I've tried or ascertained, starting with the easy stuff:
- Ran lamp test, all lamps working except #36.
- Swapped bulbs (both incandescent and LED) and wedge bases to known good ones, so it's not that.
- Reflowed solder on lamp board wedge base "contacts", so it's not that.
- All the other lamps in the same row and same column are good, so it's not that.
- Checked continuity from the power driver board connector to the lamp board connector, so it's not that.
- It's not the Q96 (column) transistor, as the other bulbs on that lamp board that use the Q96 transistor work.
- Checked the Q85 (row) transistor for short with black probe on ground strap and red on transistor. No tone, so not shorted.
What's my next move here?

Did you reflow solder on the header pins to the board?

Quoted from jibmums:

One other thing I forgot to mention: the bulb is getting power somehow, as it's ghosting. Tried it with several different bulbs, and the other two bulbs both on and out of the board.
Edit: replaced diode and it's working! Thanks guys. Is it possible for a diode to test as working (no tone) if it actually isn't?

Not sure what you mean about tone but if you remove the lamps from the board and remove the connector, you can perform a diode test with a meter.
