Terminator 2: Judgment Day
Williams, 1991On my T2 for some reason when you try to fire the gun it will not shoot the ball until the gun has traveled all the way down. On the way back up you can fire it whenever you want. Just won't let you fire on the way down. Kind of annoying. Any ideas????
Go into the Gun Test in the test menu. Make sure it can detect all the positions correctly. If that is good next check for continuity to each wire to make sure you don't have a broken wire in the harness.
Mine fires fine on the way down. There are 2 switches underneath the playfield, one tells the game where the gun can fire, and the other tells the gun where to return IIRC. One of them is flaky or has a wire off or something.
