Williams, 1991So the flippers won't control the bonus lanes, "video mode" or initials input on the DMD after game end. I was told that the optoisolators were bad. Which was a very valid point. Well I bought new optoisolators, nothing. Then I bought a new RottenDog board. Same problem. Nothing. I was told it was maybe the ribbon cable from the CPU was bad, so I changed that. Nada. Im at wits end guys. Any and all suggestions are much appreciated!!! I need this game fixed!

Machine OFF, unplug J207, J209, J211 on CPU-board
- do you have continuity from:
J211-1 to J207-1
J211-3 to J209-3
J211-5 to J209-1 ?
Ive seen this before and it was an open trace on the cpu board under the small ribbon cable connector on the right side of the cpu. The trace was compromised by alkaline and open.sounds like your issue is cpu related.
