Sorry if this is obvious. I'm new to maintenance. Just picked up a T2 with weak flippers. Are these EOS switches backwards? Pics attached.

No, but the longer leaf shouldn't be bent, and the gap between the contacts should only be about 1/8" when the flipper is fully engaged.
The EOS switch is probably engaging too early because of the bend in the leaf.
