My T2 has been working fine with no issues. Tonight when I turned it on it was dead. I checked the main fuse and it was blown. I replaced the fuse and everything seems OK. Should I be concerned about this?

No. Sometimes 27 year old fuses just go open.

I've had perfectly playing games, turned them off, move them to a different location, turn it on and have an open fuse. I'd be more concerned if it blew while you were playing it.
