First thing, the flippers are usually really strong on an IJ so when you shoot the mode hole the plate bends up. Move the plastic out of the way and grab the plate and bend it down. Never hurts to have some dead drop foam in there too, they sell it at pinbits.
Make sure that the allen bolt that holds the POA on to the motor is tight, it seems to be the #1 pain point with my POA. A little lock tight and you will be good to go.
