Okay, I got mine today, and I have the same problem. I can't possibly get the nut on the left side of the T1000. Is no one else having this same problem? I can't even do it with needlenose pliers.
Also, my T1000 has a lazy eye, lol. Luckily you can't really see his face while it's attached to the playfield.
