My Sorcerer had some pretty serious audio hum/feedback as well. It was especially noticeable in attract mode. When I replaced my stock speakers with the PinballPro upgrade (which includes a new speaker wire harness), the hum virtually vanished. If you haven't yet, you might check all of your connections from the board to the speakers and volume pot. Sometimes it's the simple thing that's easy to overlook.
