I have a Joker Poker System 80 where the Kings target does not reset. Doesn't seem to be a fuse issue.

Isn't JP a Sys1 game?
If all the other coils work and there aren't any obvious wiring issues:
Test the coil by jumpering it to another on to see if it works. If you have a DMM, ohm it first.
Do you know how to test transistors? look on the schematic to see which one controls that coil. visually inspect it, then test it with a DMM. This is likely the culprit.
