double check your voltage measurements.
With the DMM in DC mode, the terminal marked + goes to the DMM red probe. the terminal marked - goes to the black probe. Take a reading from both rectifiers and tell us what they are.
Then switch the DMM to AC and test the voltage between the two remaining terminals on each of the rectifiers. It does not matter which way you connect the two probes to get the reading. Then tell us those numbers.
You should get readings for all four measurements. If so and your fuses are all good you may have a problem with a PIA chip or a related logic chip on the driver board.
