Hello. I’m needing some help with my Disco Fever. Was working ok but then started to burn the coil fuse every week when the drop target coil locked on. So I changed the tip 102, but it keeps locking on periodically . So, one day the coil burned and burned the Tip, 2n4401 and 7508. So I changed everything: the coil, tip, 2n4401, TTL and PIA ic5. But now. It burned the coil again.
The strange thing is that now the transistors looks fine with the tester... and the coil was new. So i don’t know why it keeps burning.
I think could be the interconector, but usually this lock on all the coils and not just one.. or maybe the problem could be on the Roms.
It has new sockets for roms. But the Roms are the originals.
