Lots of work ahead on that one. All the parts that were affected, need to be removed, board treated, and new parts installed.
Even if that is repaired, you still could have that same power issue to deal with. The problems may not actually be related.
You could put up a WTB ad for an original working, non-damaged 11B MPU board and then sell this one.
I'm not a fan of Rottendog power supply and MPU boards. Some replacement parts are hard to find as they are not the same parts used on original boards. If you send off the board for warranty work, expect over a month, if you are lucky to get it back.
Also, there are some compatibility issues with certain MPU boards in certain title games.
