    Usually, if those fuses are blowing immediately then rectifier BR1 is bad, but if you swapped out the board you know works then the issue is probably the supply into the board. What voltages are you getting on connector J3? It should be 9.7V ac. Pins 1, 2, & 3 are for F5 with 3 being ground and 1/2 being 9.7V. Pins 4, 5, & 6 are for F4 with 4 being ground and 5/6 being 9.7V.
