I picked up a project BK2K and it is missing the display. I am looking at buying a new LED but do not know which one to get. My wallet says Rottendog because obviously it is the cheapest.

Which one should I go with? Rottendog at $150, Xpin at $200, or Pinscore at $200. I have heard the Xpin and Pinscore are brighter but that is just hearsay.

I have used xpins and pinscores and never had an issue. That said, I haven't hearpd anything bad about the rds either.

Xpin or pinscore buy with confidence.
rd, do some research, search Google and pinside first.

I have the Pinscore setup in my High Speed and I am satisfied with it. The only criticism that I have is that I had to take a Dremel to open up the holes so they would fit on the mounting studs.

Has anyone out there used the rottendog displays? Doesn't have to be the system 11 one. I'm just curious why they are cheaper. I have used rottendogs mpu before and it worked well. Surely their displays are good too right

I have a rottendog led display in my whirlwind for over a year, no issues.

Quoted from Droptargets:

I have a rottendog led display in my Whirlwind for over a year, no issues.

Thanks. I think I am going to buy one for my Whirlwind and then just use the old one in my BK2K until I get the game fully functional.

I have the Rottendog displays in my Gorgar for 2 years now. They look great and no issues.

I decided to go with the blue rottendog display from Ks Arcade in my whirlwind and then put my old one in the BK2K.

It looks awesome btw.
