    Well you shorted pin 3 to pin 4 which shorted the +100 to the -100 volt line. I would assume that either or both Q-1 and Q-3 are bad. I would test them first. You should have replaced D-3/ D-4 when you rebuilt the power supply. I would replace them now with 1n4007 diodes. If you find that you need to replace Q-1/Q-3, they are obsolete. There are suitable replacements available but have reversed leads so the leads need to be crossed for installation. Also the carbon between pins 3 and 4 needs to be remove as carbon is conductive and will arc again.
