blockquote cite="#3842548">Use a dry brush on the board to remove the dirt

You can get it cleaner by spraying it off with water in the sink and gently brush off the tough stuff. Blow with air and let dry a day.

Quoted from EEE:

I am taking a risk and I bought a project cpu board for my project High Speed (see other thread).
This board is clearly missing a few socketed chips, and will likely need a number of tip102's and possibly other things.
Can you folks help me identify what all I should plan on buying to have on hand as I attempt this repair project?
I can see U21, U22, U26 & U27.

What Grumpy said,,,

I would do this first too. Burn some roms and see what it does when booted up.
