Quoted from northerndude:

Is your pinhauler a hearse??!

Hearses are purpose built to haul wood boxes. It’s a perfectly logical choice for a pinhauler.

HS found and brought into the gameroom today. I really just wish i wasnt OCD about lining up based on order of release. I have to shift EVERY other sys 11 down 1 to make room for this

Speaking of backbox locks. Can someone share a good picture of the lock on an F-14 Tomcat. Inside and out shots would be super helpful. My machine is missing the whole assembly and the locks I’ve ordered don’t “just fit”.

Quoted from flashburn:

Okay, thanks guys, I'll just drill it out!

Check the number on the lock first and post it here. I have a pile of keys that are of no use to me. Maybe one of them is a winner.

Quoted from desertT1:

I need head locks for 2 High Speed machines and 1 F-14. Marco didn't seem to have them and the HS manual wasn't much help for part numbers. Anyone know if these games have the same head lock, and what the part number might be? I need everything since there's just holes in the head right now.

I’ve got the same issue with trying to find this correct part number for the head on my F-14. I bought a couple of different locks and nothing so far really works.

Here’s the useless part number.

I have several screws missing in my #WW that hold the boards in the backbox. Can anyone tell me what size machine screws I will need to replace the missing ones?

Quoted from treborlicec:

Fellow System 11 lovers, would you recommend warm or cool white LEDs for GI on F-14 Tomcat? I was leaning toward cool white with all the blue on the PF. What are your thoughts? Anyone have pics of either scheme?
Thanks,
RC

My rule is always cool/natural white with blue or blueish artwork and warm or sunlight white with yellow and red artwork.

I always choose bright 2smd bulbs as well.

F-14 = Cool

Wow, that really brightens up that game. I definitely needs it, as dozer1 also mentioned. Thanks for the pic. I'll be going with cool white then.

Mirror blades and a couple of spotlight kits helps too.

Quoted from Freeplay40:

If your game is like most, the blue chevron plastics are faded. Blue LED's under those really make them look good.

A clear ramp from freeplay40 brightens up the party as well.
