Hey guys I recently picked up a Solar Ride that has aftermarket boards. Rottendog driver, power and niwumpf mpu. After about 30 plays there was a bit of burning smell/smoke coming out of the back box. I found the drop target solenoid cooking hot. Also there was a 5A fuse (instead of a 2A slo-blo) for the coil. I don’t have any info on the new boards so I’m unsure what to check. I removed the fuse and the game boots and works as it should (minus the target reset). Any troubleshooting help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Issue solved. Q45 transistor fried. Replaced. Also replaced coil and diode. Previous diode wasn't soldered onto lugs, only wrapped around. Works great now.
