Swapped a good power supply from a hulk with someone, and figured I'd repair their bad one. I got the rebuild kit from Big Daddy, and replaced most of the parts. I can't seem to get 60v DC on pin one of A2P3 though. I get like 22 volts. Even measuring right after the diodes, I don't get what the schematic indicates I should, but like...16v. I just replaced the diodes, and I'm still getting the same thing. What am I missing? I generally don't touch Gottlieb, so I'm quite clueless.
Edit: I'm getting 73v AC between pins 6 and 7. But then on one side of CR9, I get -22v, and on the other, 16v. WTF?
