Background:
I've been trying to work through a Haunted House that has never worked correctly since I bought it. The Driver & MPU are both new ni-wumpf and the large connectors have all been replaced.

Symptom:
The Upkicker coil (Solenoid #2) stopped working and I found Fuse 14 blown. When F14 was blown I noticed that I was still getting 20V to the coil. With F14 replaced I had ~24V, but it didn't take long before it's stopped working again, and I'm thinking it is the transistor (I can ground fire the coil from the transistor tab).

Question:
I feel like the 20V feeding to the coil with F14 removed must be wrong and I did a basic check of wiring on that circuit and it seems correct. Is this as strange as I'm making it out to be? I don't want to repair the board just to have a continued issue. The 20V is present even with the output connectors removed from the driver board.

Thanks for any opinion, relevant schematic snippits below - ask for whatever else might help.

Edit - I never quite understood the readings, but the problem "The Upkicker coil (Solenoid #2) stopped working " had to do with an obscure software setting used for a rare euro code version.
