Rebuilding flippers on my big guns

Was pretty jacked up, especially in the upper playfield. Frayed wires, melted insulation, wrong coils.

Cleaned it up. Converted to the later style return springs. Fired it up. Left side working great. Right side blew the 2A fuse.

Checked the schematic quickly and looked in the area, didn’t see any shorts and the wiring seemed right. It blew after I hit the flipper button, not on startup.

Bottom flipper worked by itself with no fuse blow...it blew after I wired this one.

You guys see anything obvious?

Schematics for BG aren't available online, but I'm pretty sure you have your black/ yellow and blue/ yellow wires reversed. Black and yellow wire goes to the non-banded side of the diode and vice versa. Your EOS switch connections will be correct once you reverse those wires. Don't change those. Pic below is from a Swords of Fury. Be sure to test diodes for shorts before you power it back up.
