But you did solder u14. So go check that carefully. U18 covers the lower Rossi it could be that. What happens if you disconnect all the switch wiring connectors from the board? Does the shirt still show up in switch test? This should isolate the board from the switch wiring. I'm not sure which plugs they are off top of my head but the ones like j205, j207 etc.
