I am in final stages of playfield swap of Skateball. After getting to almost 100% I now have the 3 rebound and 4 scoring switches not working.(these are all "1" switch daisy chained together in matrix) In switch test it is showing middle coin switch (11) as closed. There are not diodes on any of the coin switches.
I have checked each diode of the 7 switches and they are all good.
I would just replace all diodes but I really dont think that is the issue. Please point me in the right direction.

Coin switch if present can be shorting on the coin door... Check its activation wire where the coin would drop to activate the switch and make sure it isn't touching anything metal.

If it isn't touching, try unplugging the coin door after you get into the switch test to see if it goes away.

Nothing touching. I clipped wires 1st same 11 showing closed then and tried with a diode on coin switch. Still same Showing 11 closed.

You can try unplugging the cabinet switch connector from the MPU and then unplug the front door connector. That will narrow it down to where the stuck switch is coming from.
