Swinger will start up but hitting button again it just flashes the game over light and then goes back to one player light. cant figure what trips the solenoid that starts two player

I would check this circuit. I suspect the Reset Relay NC/NO Normally Closed(NC) side is not making good electrical contact.

Here's a picture of the relevant switch on the Reset relay that controls whether the 2nd Coin relay latches or trips, as ArgosySK mentioned.

Thanks for info ,much appreciated, It was a cold solder joint on the reset relay.

usually swinger always goes to 3 or 4 player.
