Star Wars Episode I
Williams, 1999Got a SWEP1 and it seems to always add balls to the shooter lane as soon as a ball is plunged. Played one game and counted that I plunged over 25 balls and got tired of playing.
Anyone know why its doing this? Its set to 3 balls in settings, and I have the required 4 balls in the trough.

I'll run out and take a look, but isn't it supposed to wait until a ball is drained before putting another one in the lane? So maybe the drain switch, and not the lane switch? I'll check them all.
It's one of the opto boards in the trough. I had the same issue. You can go Into tests to verify switches work and check the optos too.
Well, guess what it was.... one too many balls installed. somehow when I shopped the game and added 4 new balls, one old ball was hiding somewhere and since there was an extra ball I guess it kept kicking a new one in the lane constantly thinking it needed it.
Thanks for all the help. Now for some Sesame Street action. "which of these balls is not like the others..."
