I got a swe1 kit and installed it tonight. I made the skillshot but the ball got caught on top of the metal piece when it fell through. Is is supposed to roll down this metal piece and then fall to the playfield? When the machine went into ball search, it looked like the metal piece moved. Trying to find out what it does in order to diagnose the issue.
Yes its supposed to fall onto the playfield, is the metal just something that supports the plastic ball launch ramp? Ill go look at mine.
edit- is it the small metal piece with 2 rivets in it? It should just let the ball down easier, maybe it needs to be bent down a bit if its trapping the ball against the plastic ball launch ramp
