Hi SkillshotExhibit
as fredsmythson I am interested in "Reaching Game Over". Surf Champ is an rather modern EM-Pin - a Gottlieb with the awful AX- and BX-Relays. You play the pin in five balls per play mode - after the last ball drains: Does the pin count down the bonus ? THEN the ball is faulty kicked over to the shooter alley --- in a ONE-Player-Game ? - In a TWO-Player-Game ? In a THREE-Player-Game ? In a FOUR-Player-Game ? (What is Your "Immediately kicked out" ?)
The Score-Reel reset to Zero - in an 1- ? / 2- ? / 3- ? / 4-Player-Game ?
See here https://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=2459&picno=46684&zoom=1 - on the right behind the chimes we see "black text on yellow paper 'AX-Relay' " - just behind we see the BX-Relay.
Lift the playfield and secure it lifted - start a new game and watch the AX-Relay --- early in startup it will move --- late in startup it will move back.
You now and then must have a finger in the Outhole simulating "ball lays in the Outhole" - manually make some points on the playfield - simulate "playing a full 5-ball-game" - when You come to "let drain the LAST ball": Listen to Bonus-Count-Down (do You get the bonus ?) AND WATCH the BX-Relay --- does it actuate the same way as the AX-Relay did actuate early in startup ? Greetings Rolf
