Quoted from Darcy:The Gottlieb flyer for Surf Champ shows the Blue bar above the yellow bar. On IPDB they even have pictures with the Yellow bar on top. It is that different side art, on the back box that needs to be answered.
I think you are trying to compare an original game with a repainted one.
