Having a hard time finding a rebuild kit for a Williams 11B System 11 P/S PCB.
I can find the cap kit, but need the high voltage kit?
I did find one place, but they were out of stock and it didn't seem like they were gonna restock.

You'll have to source components on your own.
Between greatplainselectronics.com, bigdaddy-enterprises.com, digikey.com, mouser.com, and jameco.com, you should be able find everything you need, but with a couple of exceptions where substitutions may be necessary for obsolete components.
