Hi Everyone.
Is there a troubleshooting guide available for the Super Chexx Pro?
I have a brand new Super Chexx Pro with maybe 40 plays to date. Every other time I turn on the game the right side LCD remains black/off. If I cycle the power it comes back on. The other issues that I have started to experience is that after power on, adding credits register but I can't start a game no matter how many credits (the settings are set to 1 coin = 1 credit). When this happens I cannot get into the setup via the PRG button. The 2nd and 3rd (test credits?) buttons register but I can't do anything. This just happened now when someone had stopped over and I powered the game on to try it. The first time, no right display, then every time afterwards, credits woudl register but no game would start.
I will also add that when I add many credits the numbers eventually turn to other characters on the credit area: E.g., ;/1 for example (see the picture)
I had contacted ICE with the display issue and was told to reseat the connectors in the jumbo tron. I will be trying that this weekend but with this new issue I am getting to my wit's end on this.
