So I sold my original 83 two years ago and family really missed it. So bought brand new this time and its staying for the long haul! Comes tomorrow and so glad to be back in the club

    Quoted from Philly76:

Its hard to see actually but there is a clear plastic "film" that hangs down from the crossbar. You have to look closely. (At least there is on my Pro model)

Just got mine today and it has it! Pre-vents bounce outs... so much cool upgrades on this new machine compared to the old ones...loving it!

    Quoted from YZRider926:

Going to try to convince the wife we need one of these. Hoping to get the Capitals Champions one. Oldest just started playing hockey and I think this will get some use.

I can tell you when kids come over it is the most played game in my little basement arcade!

    Quoted from bemmett:

Someone in CO sell me one please!

Suck it up and buy a new one! It wont leave! Had an old one for 3 years before selling it for a pin and kids haven't been happy about that for 3 years so I bought a brand new one a couple of months ago and said it's not leaving this time

    Quoted from Heisenberg:

I should have been more clear in the description, but there is a humming sound from speakers. When sounds are playing it's not noticeable. But when not playing or even more confusing is when I turn it off via the power button you can still hear it. It only stops if there is no power going to the unti. And it eventually ends with a loud pop and stops.

Try a ground lifter possibly on the end of the power cord?

    Quoted from Trooper11040:

So I decided to play around with the audio files and see if I can make it work...I was able to change the anthem at the beginning to 300 Violin which was an opening songs for a long while at the Hershey Bears here in Hershey...I always liked the style of the song before the team left the tunnel...here is a video of the mod to my super chexx pro:

Awesome work! Boo button working sure would be nice!

    Quoted from jorge5240:

Gets played way more than the pins at parties at my house. In my world pins are for me and all the other toys are for the family/guests. The pins just don't get the love that they deserve.

Totally the same at my house!

Finally made a stand and stained it to raise the game! Wow my back is loving it and I'm just 6' tall...$16 in wood and some leftover stain

    Quoted from Multiballmaniac1:

Thinking of purchasing for my new gameroom. Been watching YouTube vids of the new model. Might get the one you got without paying the nhl for stupid licenses. How’s the game? Nice base you made. Should I do the same?

PM you! Yes love the machine!

    Quoted from ralphs007:

I like it but what were they smoking when they determined the selling price?

The same thing everyone else is smoking right now with prices!
