Yes it could be one of those bounce switches listed, they could need adjustment or cleaning. Although the tilt roll switch would cause it to tilt just like the tilt bob would, not go to 'game over'. There is another bounce or 'slam' switch on the inside of the coin door, if one was going to be the culprit it would be the best bet. If any of these switches open up even during game reset they will cause game over. You can spot them easy as they have little lead weights attached to one blade. Best to adjust the switches tight since it's not in an arcade where folks are kicking or slamming the game around.

Yay! Jet/Super Spin is a great game, sold my Jet Spin but wish I still had it. Dumb!
