Check out your AX. It looks like one of the make/breaks on it leads into Q (Game Over).

You'll have to get right down close, pull the cotter pin that holds the relay, and get a good look because everything is so tight on those. Be sure the contacts are nice and clean and that you're getting a nice 'wipe.'
