I think the pipes you asking for are done wit PVC.
Beside that i actually did designed 3D pipes with the mountings like on the question block. So they could be mounted direct over the bulb. I will check if I can find the file and upload it this week and share the link here.

I just made two different versions. One that uses the clips (removing the flasher cover) and one that just slides over the flasher cover. They’re printing now.

If that is tinkercad, you will want to crank up the number of segments on the cylinders... And even then it's borderline noticable when printed...

I forgot about that. I turned up the segments and it looks much better! Also, after a few coats of paint, they should smooth themselves out. I think I like the slide on ones better so far, but I have finished painting and applying them yet. I’ll update once I install them.

The 3D printed flasher pipes turned out !
Much easier than cutting the notches out of the pvc pipes, although the pvc looks slightly smoother. These still reflect the light very nicely. Huge improvement! Those flashers were so bright before.
