I had been using Tinkercad for the design...I did not realize the limitation on segments for circles. I have 2 sets of files here

that come from that program. On my printer, even at the highest segment setting, I am not sure I am happy with the "circular" shape of the pipe. I may try to revise on a different program.
There are 2 versions at the link, one with 2 sided brackets, meaning the bracket will be visible at the player location. The second, I removed half of the bracket on the player side to make it appear to be floating. Both versions in my test prints held well to the wireform. Obviously, the 2 sided bracket was much harder to remove, but I think neither would slip. I personally will go for the 1 sided version.
For reference, the picture is of the wireform (out of the machine) with the single side bracket printed at the highest segment setting possible. As you can see, the bracket is not visible (but my cracked original is...) but possibly also visible is some segmentation in the curve.
