In the club with a Strato-flite! Can’t wait to tear into this baby as my next project. Backglass is pretty bad, just flaking away if you look at it wrong, cabinet is pretty nice but someone painted it and I’m going to redo it. Playfield and apron are great so that’s a win.

Quoted from koji:

Hello Super-Flite club. Never played the game, but excited to get this project I came across flipping.. she's rough.. but reading the reviews, I'm going to try my best to save her.
Anyway, I thought I would post this here as well in case someone has upgraded to a BGResto, and has something remotely presentable where shipping would not be too crazy to Canada
WTB Williams Super-Flite Backglass (might consider Strato-Flite). Basically, I have a *rough* Super-Flite I am just trying to complete. glass was completely smashed. Looking for something preferably on the cheaper-side or rougher shape to put something there
Thank you-

I might have what you need. I have a Strato flite that I just bought a BGresto for.

Could some one verify the number on the Bottom Gate Relay label for me? I’m going through my machine and the label came off and I can’t find it. I have a pic but it’s not clear enough to make out the number for me to recreate.
Appreciate it!

Here it is. Interesting that mine is in a different location, although it’s a sample game.

Thank you!

I have another label request for the club if anyone has the hood up.

Looking for the label details for the top gate. Name and STD#.
Looks like I lost this one as well.

Thanks

Quoted from Matthew2000tx:

Hi I just picked up a project SF at TPF. Does anyone have a graphic depicting the relay labels under the playfield and also what each fuse is and what rating it is. My labels are very faded.
Thanks

Any one happen to have a right sling plastic that isn’t scratched or cracked? Mine has a scratch from the kicker. Wouldn’t mind replacing it with a nice original instead of trying to reproduce one.

I’ve been playing the crap out of my Strato flite lately. I love how fast it is. Also how inconsistent things go, one game I’ll roll the score reels the next I’ll drain and game over within a minute.

Quoted from Crzipilot:

Anyone have part numbers for the pop bumper bodies and skirts? Or just picked up bumper skirts that are white? I see the white bodies for Williams games but not sure if they are right ones….

Here’s what mine looks like. I hope this helps you out. I captured the mech board settings as well.

Kind of hard to say without seeing it and knowing more. If you have several credits on the game and you hit start one time you should get a one player game and then be able to add a player 3 more times. The coin unit on the mech board controls the number of players. You may need to look at that to see if the switches and contacts of the spider are all clean and adjusted properly. This could take several posts and pictures to help with, may need to start a separate tech thread so others can chime in and help.

I have a lot of detailed pictures in this thread that might help, but I still think you should create a separate thread for this.

Here you go fellas. I captured the ruler in there so you can use it to size then edit it out.

Quoted from JRC6000:

anyone know where I can find some green gear pop covers? I know those are next to impossible, but thought I'd ask.

Seriously the sexiest pop bumpers in the hobby. I wish someone would reproduce them

Quoted from Omega73:

Bit of a big ask this one. I'm currently working with a couple of other inside members to try and fix my Super-Flite.
Would anybody be willing to photograph the wiring on the switch stack on the centre 'Special when lit' stand up target?

https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/my-dy-no-mite-strato-flite
I think I have a few pics of it throughout this thread

Edit: it appears this is the best shot I have of it:

It’s been a while but I finally got all 4 letters lit and nailed the special target. Gotta love that double knock!
