Manufacturers keep removing options. Those are the same things like like. So far, I haven't found a newer phone that hits all those features that isn't already several years old.
External battery packs might be the way to go to get around the lack of a removable battery.

If there are any cell phone repair places in your area, they could probably do a battery replacement for a phone that doesn't have a user-replaceable battery.
If you really like the model you're using, check ebay. There might be some NOS or nice refurbished ones available. I've done that a couple times now.
