Quoted from Twilight1:Wh20 why is Bigfoot bowling.
cos bowling's cool,so is Bigfoot.
My vote for stupid matches goes to Who Dunnit and CC original.
Quoted from Thrillhouse:Both family guy and south park. Potty humor just doesn't tickle my funny bone.
Someone will say the match for South Park is the best part of the game
Quoted from rotordave:NBA Fastbreak.
Because a game 100% about basketball needs cars racing around a race track for the match animation. Deeerrrrr!!

I agree wholeheartedly. I can think of better ideas like a backboard breaking and the pieces falling and forming the number. Or anything better than racing.
At home, who needs the match feature?
In the arcade, the match would hook a player into playing longer and putting more coins in the machine. If one player got the match, more often than not, the 2nd player would coin up to play another game too.
It looks random to the player (like a slot machine seems random to the player), but the match feature percentage payout is fully adjustable in the menu.

Because it means the game's over!
