When ops had ems back when they were new, how would they deal with stuck switches? I ask because I have had a couple get stuck on my flip flop. The result was a constantly energized chime coil. When I am playing I know what is going on and stop, but once a novice was playing while I was doing other things and just let it burn up the coil. So what would happen on route would players just know to shut games off? Would the coils burn until the fuse popped? What was the typical failure mode?
