Before you go around and start pulling stuff off your driver board check the voltages at any coil you think is weak. You should be getting about 71-74 VDC at all coils. If you are then your driver board is fine.
I'd start with rebuilding the entire assembly. New coil, new sleeve, new stops, (new springs, new yolks new plungers for the pops).
Old coils sometimes offer too much resistance which over time equals heat, which equals "weak" coils.

Yeah, for me, it's always the last resort. Let me know if the full rebuild solves the problem.
