i removed the slide mechs from a dracula without taking the playfield out of the machine, you just have to be careful because you dont have any support and you are close to the side of the cabinet i used a power drill with and extension bit and then small screw driver bit inside the extension, that way you can get enough slack and use the bit to get in close to the wall of the cab. that being said Sttng has a ton of mechs/solenoids etc on the bottom so reaching all the screws may not be possible on that particular game but it is possible on wpcs with slide mechs
