Are those the newer thicker ramps? If so the mantis website notes you may need to do some adjusting:Some adjustment may be needed if using the newer thicker ramps. Both front tabs may need to be bent to accommodate the additional thickness of the new ramp.

A quick correction about flipper strength/EOS adjustment. From fliptronic systems and on (including STTNG) the EOS switch serves as purely informational instead of providing power. If the flipper cabinet optos are clean there's a 99% chance it's a mechanical issue.
