I know the Borg lock is never lit for the third lock.
I know that Borg lock is often (maybe even always) lit for the second lock.
I swear that Borg lock is sometimes (but by no means always) lit for the first lock.
I've never quite figured out the rules behind it.
The neutral zone lock, on the other hand, I've never seen lit. It makes sense that this would be affected by the frequency with which people are starting multiballs.
