Awesome, glad you solved it. Now may I ask, when you hit the ball up the right side to the drop target, where does the ball go most of the time? Back down the right side to the upper flipper or does it fall thru a lane into the pops? Mine always seems to bounce hard off the drop and retreat back down the right side.
Getting my arse handed to me today by the Enterprise and it’s crew. Ball 1 I chose Launch Probe and missed the shot. “The probe has discovered nothing, sir” says Data. Ball 2 I chose Launch Probe again and missed the shot again. Data starts with “The probe has discovered...” and Picard cut him off with “Thank you Mr. Data!” Now I know Picard does that if Data is saying “ If you had propelled the ball...” and you hit both flippers, but is it normal to hear Picard cut Data off when a player stinks as bad I do? Ball 3 wasn’t any better!
If you’re referring to the 3 hot dog shaped shields, yes they are GI and the pic without the lit flasher in the Romulan ship was taken in GI test mode. The pic with the flasher lit was taken in the flash test mode. I bought the game the way it is with leds pretty much throughout. It has the led ocd patch in the rom but I need to get the GI ocd board. There’s much flickering.
That’s how it was set when I got the game, but there’s no way I’m going to fight The Borg without the Enterprise’s lights indicating how I’m doing!
I’m thinking a different color might work better. Possible? Maybe black with white writing? Would that match the rest of the apron better?
I’d like to add a lighted speaker kit to May STTNG too, but I need a real easy plug and play setup. I can just think about modding a game and the next time I turn that game on, something goes wrong with it. With STTNG, I’d REALLY be asking for trouble but I’m feeling adventurous at the moment. Would also like to add a shaker but my game is a reimport and I don’t have a service outlet to plug into. Matter of fact, I’d love to add a service outlet to my game. Uh oh, bet my game won’t turn on now.
This one I might be able to answer! Just push and hold the switch that closes 2hen the coin door is shut. This switch keeps the solenoids from working when the coin door is open.

I've owned this pin for nearly a year - I've never seen anything but "LIGHT LOCK" in that second to last choice. Messing around with PinSound should have nothing to do with this, and I'm confused. I poked around in STTNG settings but didn't see anything related to altering these choices.

In Settings you can remove “Light Lock” and “Light Holodeck” during ball launch and they’re replaced by “multipliers” and something else (Warp 4 maybe?).

Aftee viewing the footage, I am not sure that the diverter is the problem? Ball gets stick there in every game I play. Seems that something is blocking its way, maybe the gun popper?

Help a desperate man
Maybe removing the subway and cleaning it might help? I’m not saying it’s dirty, but if the game doesn’t need to be raised in the back, it might be the next step and it’s not hard to do.
I’ve been wanting to come up with a way to liven up the Enterprise’s engine lites on the playfield. Just having a stagnant lit bulb for each engine just doesn’t cut it. I tried Comet’s Fire bulbs but they don’t look good because the socket is flat and the bulb’s effects aren’t seen. I just installed Mick’s engine lites and they’re perfect! I wish I could post a video but I can’t. Here’s a pic of them but it really doesn’t show the effect. I’ve also been on the fence about his laser canon mod thinking they’d look great but make the shots too easy. Well I figured the game kicks my butt as it is, might as well do the laser mod anyway. I must be a real crappy player cuz these lasers haven’t helped me one bit, but I at least the game looks better! I think both of these mods are perfect for this game, not over the top and easily reversible if desired. Thanks for hooking me up Mick!

If your game has large potential then go through the caves to get the artifact at the end. One day you might get to two or even three final frontiers with 12 or more artifacts and earn a cool 3 billion. But if your game has no potential take the points or play poker with riker by pulling the trigger as you right click (I think).
Correct, or if your current game is trashy and you’ve set it up prior to starting the game, you could play Breakout.
And may I just add that should you decide to get the 16 onto board from DumbAss, you will be making a very wise choice. His board saved my game! Thanks again Victor!!!
