Just joined the club. Got one in excellent shape with lots of mods. Just have to add a color DMD and maybe a pinbits shaker. Still a little hesitant on the shaker... Worth it?

Everything will get checked out though. Right cannon mech seems to be moving slower or just making more noise than left. Need to check that out.
Replacing the subway is not uncommon. I did it to mine as they are readily available and mine was broken in several places. There is a three piece metal protector set for the subway that prevents future damage. It looks much harder to do than it is. It's only four mounts and a couple of plugs and it comes right out.
