It looks to me that just the Mylar has failed. I would carefully remove and put in new Mylar.

+1 on this comment. I did the same for FT and ToM and it turned out great. When I finally have time for STTNG resto after home renovations will repeat for this game too.

I did not LED the game. I bought it from Rob at Rockland Pinball with those LED's installed. I changed a few things but backbox, insert, and GI lighting were not anything I put in. I like the game but my family doesn't so moving on to something else.
