Delta ramp lock is lit when the right loop droptarget is hit to light lock 1 and/or 2, not 3. If holodeck is lit and you shoot the right loop than only the right loop lock will be lit.
Neutral zone lock is lit after completing and playing the 3 neutral zone modes and hitting the neutral zone again. Maybe too if the multiball percentage is too low.
Early sttng had flippercoils that were labeled the same but had a different hold winding resistance. Making a fast ball towards an up flipper make him go down (and reenergize) a little.
I swapped my coils with the 'normal' fl-11629 and this solved it

Doublecheck through opto's, specific the most right upper opto (through jam opto)
