I purchased a STTNG from a seller, but the machine has come to have some issues and trying to contact the seller's store has proven to not work. Is there anyone in the Chicago Suburbs who could help, or is there anyone you can recommend. Thanks!

First e mail the store!
Dont start messing with it, give them the chance to set it right
What is the problem?

I recommend me...however, Chicago is a little outside my area, but I'd be willing to help you you diagnose the problem. One of the best things you can do when owning a WPC machine is getting comfortable working on it, these machines are actually very easy to diagnose, at least down to a switch, board, etc... The only thing I don't recommend is trying to replace board components as there is a failrly high skill level required to do it without damaging the original boards.
What exactly is the problem you are seeing?

I just sent them an email (my text was never responded to and finally I will be calling them. For the way I've been treated, I'm very disappointed.
