This might be the blind leading the blind. What's the GI voltage? What's the voltage drop rating of the LEDs?

Quoted from LTG:GI is 6 volts.

Ok, next question would be if he's trying to run the LEDs in series with a single resistor or individually with a resistor on each.
If running in series, and assuming that the LEDs are of the white 3.4v type the circuit does not have sufficient voltage to power the setup.
In this situation he would have to run each LED individually with a 220 ohm resistor. This would achieve a current of approx 12ma.
Are you running them in series with a single resistor at one end or are you running them in parallel with a single common resistor?
Ok, technically that will work, but is not recommended and can be unreliable. LEDs become more conductive as they warm up and this situation can result in an uneven current distribution between the LEDs. Best practice would be 1 resistor for each LED. Also a 22k resistor is way to high. I'd be looking at a 220 ohm.
